Having talented people is the key to success in every organization. Equally important is the focus and the maturation of that talent, beginning at the top of an organization and eventually expanding to include broader executive teams. Each element of this process is where Rick and his people have made tremendous contributions to the organizations where we have worked together. His first assignments for me have been at the CEO/board level and have gradually expanded to include other key executives. Rick has engaged with our top talent at the board and senior executive level across a wide range of different organizations – consumer products, academia and not-for-profits. In every instance, he has gained the respect of the participants in the process who have found him to be flexible, insightful and committed to designing and delivering programs that both move the organization toward its goals and enhance everyone’s contributions. He creates flexible and personalized solutions and continues long after the initial assignment to be a valuable advisor and sounding board for many of these executives.
In any future situation that calls for the enhancement of talent to achieve goals and create growth opportunities – for both individuals and groups – I would not hesitate to call on Rick.
