Without question, Rick is the best HR executive I have ever seen. He has great knowledge of the field and a broad network of advisors he can utilize. He has exceptional interpersonal skills, dealing easily with board members and outsiders of stature. He was a leader among management and fully had their confidence. In fact, he was looked to by management to inform and work with board members to accomplish a CEO transition successfully. He has marvelous integrity and with his easy manner and sense of humor, he is a delight to work with.
